Anti-Aging Test

Anti-aging test is an experimental method to evaluate the aging resistance of materials under high-temperature conditions. It simulates the aging of materials in a high-temperature environment for a long time to examine the heat resistance, moisture resistance, weather resistance, etc. of materials.

It can effectively evaluate the service life and performance stability of materials and ensure the stability of medical devices under high-temperature sterilization or long-term high-temperature use.

Drop Test

Our drop test is conducted at a height of 2.5 meters from the ground. The packaging box is allowed to fall freely 8-10 times. After that, the packaging box is opened, the machine is installed, the power is plugged in, and the machine can be used normally after being turned on.

Therefore, our packaging can provide very good protection for the product during multiple transfers, ensuring the safety of the product during transportation. At the same time, the drop test can also evaluate the durability and reliability of the product, providing consumers with safer and more reliable products.

Calibration

We calibrate every microscope that leaves the factory.

  • Firstly, use a standard ruler or calibration sheet to observe and measure whether the actual magnification is consistent with the nominal value at different magnifications, to calibrate the magnification of the objective lens.
  • Secondly, calibrate the graticule of the eyepiece to ensure that the scale of the graticule is accurate.
  • Thirdly, use a standard sample to focus at different positions to check its clarity and repeatability, to calibrate the focusing accuracy of the microscope.
  • In addition, to calibrate the illumination intensity of the microscope, using a photometer or other instrument to measure whether the illumination intensity meets the requirements.
